Bhanu Chandarana FCA
Bhanu Chandarana, one of BPC Chandarana + Co’s founding partners, has more than 30 years’ worth of experience of offering financial advice to small and large businesses alike. Between 1975 and 1979, Bhanu gained qualifications from Price Waterhouse and received training with Blythens.
Specialising in corporate and personal tax advice, Bhanu provides an in-depth Inheritance Tax review service for wealthy individuals.

Pritesh Chandarana Bsc (Hons), DPS, ACA
Pritesh Chandarana joined BPC Chandarana + Co in 2013 after gaining valuable experience working for KPMG and Cooper Parry. Graduating from Loughborough University’s business school, having earned a first-class honours degree, Pritesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
With a background of working with clients requiring audits, and also with small-to-medium-sized enterprises, Pritesh can provide advice on corporate tax matters and financial reporting. Additionally, he can aid you in reviewing any cashflow or working capital forecasts for refinancing and takeover transactions.

Rishi Chandarana Bsc (Hons), DPS, DIPFA, FCA
Rishi Chandarana is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Accountancy and Financial Management. Upon completing training with BDO Stoy Hayward and RSM (formerly Tenon), Rishi joined BPC Chandarana + Co in 2003.
Rishi has experience in providing advice regarding the implementation of structures which can significantly reduce tax liabilities. He is also BPC Chandarana’s Senior Statutory Auditor and is experienced in the audits of family companies.
